Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
- Have experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.
- Bring strong systems thinking and experience designing interconnected product experiences and workflows.
- Have experience with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, or consumption.
- Have strong hands-on prototyping skills for communicating complex interactions, workflows, states, and system behaviors.
- Demonstrate the ability to build functional, production-like prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Have experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Have advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Have experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams and translating technical constraints into product solutions.
- Have advanced English proficiency and communicate design decisions and recommendations clearly.
- Be based in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work remotely with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
- Design account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption experiences.
- Design workflows for billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.
- Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.
- Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.
- Use research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and refine solutions.
- Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes to explore complex product interactions, workflows, and system behaviors.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout product development.
- Communicate and present design rationale, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
