Requirements
- Bring strong product design experience and the ability to lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and implementation.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Know UX, UI, usability principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Have experience conducting discovery, mapping user journeys, identifying user needs, and validating design solutions.
- Translate business requirements, user insights, and technical constraints into product design strategies and intuitive interfaces.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for development handoff.
- Define, track, and interpret user experience metrics and product success indicators.
- Use performance insights and data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively, present design rationale, and influence stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
- Organize and prioritize workflows, manage deadlines, and balance competing project needs.
- Demonstrate technical leadership or experience serving as a design reference, encouraging knowledge sharing and design best practices.
- Bring a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to accessible, intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Work autonomously in a remote environment while staying aligned with team priorities and product objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design projects from discovery and problem definition through interface design, prototyping, validation, and handoff to development teams.
- Participate in strategic planning and translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into design solutions.
- Create user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes aligned with product requirements and usability standards.
- Facilitate user-centered design processes, including journey mapping, discovery, hypothesis development, and solution validation.
- Organize design workflows and prioritize activities, resources, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with product strategy and technical feasibility.
- Serve as a technical reference for the design team, sharing knowledge and supporting other designers’ professional development.
- Define, monitor, and analyze user experience metrics and product performance indicators.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide design decisions, validate assumptions, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply UX/UI principles, design standards, and user-centered methods to promote consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
