Have 5+ years of experience as a Sysadmin or SRE.
Bring expertise in Linux systems and sysadmin troubleshooting, particularly RHEL or Rocky Linux.
Have strong networking knowledge, including CNI, VLAN, VIP, DNS, L2/L3 switch configuration, and load balancing.
Have experience with security, compliance, and Linux hardening, including SELinux policies, CIS, and vulnerability management.
Be able to code and assess how code behaves in production, working across infrastructure, code, and CI.
Have experience with automated deployment such as PXE, custom ISO, kickstart, or virtual machine images.
Have experience with Salt or another orchestration tool such as Ansible.
Have experience with a hardened Kubernetes stack, including rootless or distroless setups or policy engines.
Know Python and Bash.
Have experience with CI systems and advanced knowledge of a version control system such as Git.
Be a French speaker and have a good level of English for day-to-day work with other teams.

Build and maintain the ARTESCA platform, including its operating system, Kubernetes control plane, workers, add-ons, and deployment solutions.
Harden security and compliance using CIS benchmarks, SBOM practices, vulnerability management tooling, and secret management.
Contribute to installer and product workflows, including multi-node and high-availability deployment, state management, pre-checks, and cloud or vendor integrations.
Own operating system and Kubernetes upgrades, Helm charts, operators, and base images.
Write and maintain operations, installation, and solution documentation.
Write and maintain integration, upgrade, and stability tests.
Improve CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, devcontainers, and automated testing.
Use AI tools to explore codebases, generate implementations, and debug systems; validate AI-generated code and maintain ownership of correctness.
