Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Software QA for SaaS or web applications.
- Bring a proven track record in high-growth environments.
- Have deep expertise in UI and API testing.
- Have experience with Jira bug reporting tools and TestRail test management.
- Be familiar with CI/CD, AWS, and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Have experience with Selenium or Cypress.
- Have knowledge of performance and database testing.
- Bring strong product intuition and testability thinking.
- Have excellent English communication at C1 level.
- Be able to work most weekends and thrive in high-velocity environments.
- Nice to have: programming experience, React familiarity, SQL/Postgres, or prior SaaS QA experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform.
- Design and execute test strategies across UI, APIs, and integrations.
- Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with founders, engineering, and product to embed QA across development.
- Own bug reporting, triage, and release validation.
- Lay the foundation for future automated testing and CI/CD integration.
- Use user empathy and customer feedback to drive product reliability.
