Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring at least 1 year of industrial sales experience in repair services.
- Have experience with repair of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a two-year technical degree, is preferred.
- Be able to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Have computer proficiency.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to drive for customer visits and stand and walk throughout the day in industrial settings.
- Be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Be available for overnight travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to create a sales plan.
- Develop a prospect list to capture new business.
- Qualify leads, make cold calls, deliver sales presentations, write quotations, and close sales.
- Use tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet sales goals.
