Responsibilities

  • Investigate advanced, large-loss, and complex workers' compensation claims.
  • Evaluate and resolve claims with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Analyze compensability and determine liability.
  • Manage claim reserves.
  • Negotiate claim settlements.
  • Partner with defense counsel on litigated matters.
  • Conduct training and mentor new hires.
