Have 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
Bring experience from a B2B SaaS company or creative agency, ideally.
Be able to manage senior stakeholders at large brands with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
Have experience using Adobe Photoshop.
Understand the relationship between customer health and revenue and be comfortable identifying upsell opportunities.
Be highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
Take ownership, solve problems, and work proactively.
Have fluency in English; fluency in German is highly valued.
Have experience in, or genuine enthusiasm for, fashion, retail, or creative industries.

Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of 15–20 large fashion brands and retailers as their primary point of contact.
Lead structured onboarding to bring new clients live quickly and drive early adoption.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track client health, celebrate wins, and surface opportunities.
Monitor account signals to identify churn risks early and act before issues escalate.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the sales team.
Collect and synthesize customer feedback, representing the client's perspective internally to inform product direction.
Contribute to scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and resources.
Support creative processes using AI tools and the Adobe Suite.
