Requirements
- Be based in Western Europe or Algeria.
- Investigate issues, configure systems, build automations, and implement improvements.
- Understand and maintain data quality, including naming, definitions, and data hygiene.
- Understand and improve end-to-end processes across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and other departments.
- Solve ambiguous problems independently by understanding business requirements, evaluating alternatives, and driving solutions with minimal supervision.
- Work directly with stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and lead cross-department initiatives.
- Understand CRM/ERP systems, data structures, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build lightweight project plans with stakeholders across the business.
- Implement required changes across systems using configuration, low-code/no-code tooling, scripting, or AI-driven custom software development.
- Coordinate QA, rollout, training, and post-launch feedback loops.
- Maintain GetOutline documentation, project notes, and handoff materials for BizOps workflows.
- Turn repeated questions into process notes, training material, or workflow improvements.
- Define workflow owners, escalation paths, adoption metrics, and review dates.
- Help teams move from ad hoc chat requests to visible ticket and project systems.
- Use AI to develop required internal custom software tools.
- Translate business objectives into data model, field, workflow, integration, reporting, and governance requirements.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy options with the technical owner.
