Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have 5+ years of related experience.
- Have 10 years of progressive experience managing implementation, execution, and oversight of large-scale, highly complex Federal Government programs.
- Have three years of experience leading large, diverse teams.
- Hold a Secret security clearance.
- Know federal security regulations that apply to contract operations.
- Be able to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have superior organizational skills and work ethic.
- Be able to strategically assess clients' businesses and identify improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the security function for a large, highly complex Department of State contract.
- Manage a security team to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Lead development and implementation of security procedures in coordination with government agencies and company management.
- Resolve contract security issues, investigate security violations, and prepare incident reports with corrective and preventative actions.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, report, and mitigate risks.
- Drive alignment of GDIT capabilities to client needs.
