- Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process. Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Seven to ten years’ experience managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
- Ten to fifteen years of mortgage industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Post Close operations for funded loans from all originating channels, including loan delivery, endorsement guarantee, records management, due diligence, and PCCD compliance.
- Ensure operations follow company policies, applicable laws and regulations, established SLAs, and Loan Quality metrics.
- Work with Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, Quality Control, Loan Servicing, IT, and Treasury to support loan quality and monetary controls.
- Develop and implement training on current policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with direct reports, internal staff, sales staff, vendors, and customers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Work with IT to develop system enhancements for Post Close efficiency and quality control.
- Review loan circumstances and conditions on an exception basis and regularly audit staff functions for policy and procedure compliance.
- Evaluate performance trends and work with Operations to address internal and external audit findings.
- Manage Post Close staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, monitoring performance, and coaching managers and their teams.
