Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, delivery management, or a related role.
- Experience in SaaS, software, or digital product environments is preferred.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and project tracking.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and insights, and use data to support product and project decisions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Must be flexible to work during US hours until at least 5 PM EST.
- PMP, CSM, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support technical, operational, and product projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Own assigned projects or workstreams and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status trackers.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and other delivery activities.
- Track action items, dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating issues when required.
- Coordinate release readiness and dependencies across Product, Engineering, QA, Data Science, and Operations.
- Facilitate project meetings and document decisions and action items.
- Prepare project status updates covering progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones.
- Work with Data Scientists, Engineers, Designers, and Senior Product Managers to translate product requirements into execution plans and coordinate complex projects.
