Job Details

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong research and investigative skills.
  • Communicate empathetically with customers without biasing risk assessments.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Manage work streams and processes with minimal oversight.
  • Have awareness of one or more payment platforms and related operational procedures.
  • Understand NACHA and Card Association rules and regulations.
  • Have experience managing risk related to returns, reversals, and chargebacks.
  • Be aware of relevant compliance laws and regulations.
  • Explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Research transaction performance and activity to identify trends, outliers, patterns, and potential fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Recommend next steps to Senior Leadership for customer accounts presenting fraud or risk exposure.
  • Use research and analytical tools to assess risk alerts and prioritize them by severity.
  • Analyze data to develop insights that inform risk policies and departmental objectives.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to educate stakeholders and implement fraud process, monitoring, and reporting best practices.
