Requirements
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience building and maintaining trackers across multiple sites or a distributed operational network.
- Experience processing and reconciling invoices.
- Experience investigating billing discrepancies and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Working knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Knowledge of equipment models, basic maintenance, and usage data.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, AI tools, or similar business intelligence solutions is strongly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate on a global offshore team and coordinate asynchronously with U.S.-based fulfillment center leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own reporting on PIT equipment across fulfillment centers, including inventory counts, uptime and downtime status, and usage trends.
- Process and reconcile power equipment invoices, investigate billing discrepancies, and flag cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide PIT equipment data to the Direct Manager and fulfillment center leadership.
- Communicate equipment status changes, maintenance needs, and potential issues.
- Develop and maintain reporting trackers and dashboards for equipment inventory, performance, usage, and costs across multiple sites.
- Expand reporting and oversight to additional fulfillment center power equipment categories as the program grows.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment tracking, accountability, and cost management.
