Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of experience working with SaaS platforms, technical configurations, system integrations, or related implementation activities.
- Bring 2-3 years of experience in client-facing implementations, technical onboarding, or SaaS support; this experience is strongly preferred.
- Have working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Regex.
- Have hands-on experience using API testing tools such as Postman to send requests, validate responses, and investigate integration issues.
- Be comfortable working with software configurations, system settings, integrated applications, and AI Agents.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to review work for accuracy, completeness, and functionality.
- Be able to organize, prioritize, and manage concurrent assignments and competing deadlines.
- Be able to contribute to realistic timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and deliver on commitments.
- Work independently, communicate progress and challenges proactively, and recognize when escalation or support is needed.
- Communicate technical concepts and gather requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Bring experience with third-party integrations, external vendors, or cross-functional implementation teams; preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, business models, and technology ecosystems is an asset but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Configure and integrate AutoFi products for assigned Dealer Partner implementations, translating requirements into launch-ready solutions.
- Manage approximately 13–20 concurrent implementations while balancing priorities, dependencies, and launch deadlines.
- Coordinate with Dealer Onboarding Specialists and internal stakeholders to establish timelines and complete configuration and integration work.
- Gather requirements, provide configuration guidance, and troubleshoot issues with Dealer Partners, their representatives, and third-party vendors.
- Apply and validate configurations and integrations using APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Review and test configurations and integrations for accuracy and functionality before handing them to QA for formal validation.
- Investigate configuration and integration issues, apply corrections, and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Partner with QA to resolve defects and meet launch-readiness requirements.
- Complete post-launch configuration adjustments, troubleshooting, follow-up, and documentation.
- Maintain implementation records, configuration specifications, and testing documentation, and contribute to process improvements.
