Requirements
- Bring 5+ years in risk management, loss control, actuarial support, or claims analytics.
- Have experience in property and casualty or workers' compensation.
- Bring strong analytical skills.
- Be comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools.
- Explain risk concepts to engineers.
- Present to executives.
- ARM, CPCU, or a similar designation is a nice to have.
- Experience with self-insured programs or captives is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Define risk signals, benchmarks, and reporting for claims and risk leadership.
- Work with customers' risk and safety teams on loss analysis, trend identification, and program design.
- Help design subrogation, fraud, and litigation-avoidance workflows with the product team.
- Support RFP responses and customer reviews with risk analytics and program recommendations.
- Monitor the company's operational and compliance risk as a handler of PHI.
