Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of experience in risk and compliance, trust and safety, operations, or contractor management.
- Bring experience preferably from a two-sided marketplace or technology platform.
- Conduct structured case reviews, including triage, evidence gathering, clear documentation, and enforcement judgment.
- Follow established frameworks and playbooks.
- Have familiarity with compliance documentation, credentialing, and eligibility workflows.
- Apply rules consistently across varied cases.
- Be comfortable with data and business intelligence tools; SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Track and own personal performance metrics.
- Manage a high volume of multiple case types while maintaining thoroughness and quality.
- Draft clear, professional user-facing communications and handle escalation calls.
- Bring strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize incoming cases, assess evidence, and take appropriate action.
- Gather and document evidence, contact users as needed, and escalate unusual or high-stakes cases.
- Follow up on open cases and record new findings for accounts under review.
- Execute compliance actions, assess coverage impact, and alert cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor daily alerts and signals, identify patterns, and escalate recurring trends.
- Process identity document submissions and renewals, and action expired documents.
- Communicate with users and contractors about account updates and compliance requirements.
- Maintain external-facing Help Center articles that reflect current processes and requirements.
- Track personal performance metrics and contribute to process improvements and marketplace projects.
