Requirements
- Have 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Have 5+ years focused deeply on enterprise-scale Salesforce CPQ or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech ecosystem.
- Have direct experience writing, testing, and debugging custom JavaScript within the Salesforce CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP).
- Demonstrate expert-level mastery of Price and Product Rules, Bundles, Summary Variables, Custom Actions, and Advanced Approvals.
- Have advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow architecture, design patterns, platform limits, and scalable enterprise practices.
- Have strong working knowledge of Quote-to-Cash lifecycles, contract amendments, renewals, co-terming, multi-currency quoting, and billing and revenue-recognition touchpoints.
- Be able to diagnose calculation bottlenecks, execution loop issues, and data anomalies across declarative rules and custom scripts.
- Have experience driving technical initiatives autonomously in an Agile/Scrum environment; Jira or similar platform experience is preferred.
- Experience integrating generative AI coding and reasoning tools into configuration, script-generation, and testing workflows is preferred.
- Gearset Pipelines experience is relevant to the role's sandbox, deployment, and version-control responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the administration, architecture, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce CPQ.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom JavaScript within the CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) for advanced pricing algorithms, bundle configurations, and conditional calculations.
- Architect, build, and optimize Price Rules, Product Rules, and search filters for quote performance, calculation speed, and data accuracy.
- Build and govern enterprise-grade Salesforce Flows and process automations, evaluating declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Use AI development environments to accelerate scripting, prototype logic, refactor legacy configurations, and triage system issues.
- Partner with business stakeholders on end-to-end Q2C enhancements and escalated production blockers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior administrators.
- Lead sandbox lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and version control using Gearset Pipelines.
