Experience: 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring as a Technical Lead.

Bring significant experience in software engineering.
Have 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring as a Technical Lead.
Have professional experience with Python and React.
Have experience developing AI applications and using agentic frameworks and platforms such as LangGraph or Agentspace.
Have experience working directly with clients or customers to understand technical requirements.
Bring strong CI/CD experience, including hands-on work with Terraform, Helm, and other cloud-native infrastructure-as-code technologies.
Have experience leading software engineering teams through technical delivery and direct line management or mentoring.
Understand agile ways of working, software development best practices, and design patterns.
Understand test-driven development and testing best practices.
Understand version control tools such as Git, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understand operational concerns such as monitoring, performance testing, security, accessibility, and GDPR.

Provide technical and line-management leadership to the development team.
Take responsibility for successful project delivery.
Identify and resolve blockers before they become issues.
Uphold software development, DevOps, and agile best practices within the team.
Work directly with clients to translate requirements into technical briefs.
Shape architectural decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Update client and Nearform leadership on project status to support decision-making.
