Job Details

At least three years of experience as a motion designer in a creative agency, design studio, production company, or in-house creative department.
Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics.
Ability to work across a wide range of visual styles, formats, and animation techniques.
Ability to develop original concepts, question assumptions, and find solutions beyond the initial brief.
Interest in internet culture, social media, emerging creative trends, and evolving visual communication techniques.
Ability to exchange ideas, receive feedback, and work with multidisciplinary creative teams.
Proactive approach and ability to manage creative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience creating motion assets for paid social advertising is a significant advantage.

Interpret and challenge creative briefs, explore alternative approaches, and develop original concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
Design and produce animations, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital advertising and social media campaigns.
Contribute to ideation, concept development, production, refinement, and final delivery.
Experiment with visual styles, animation techniques, and creative formats.
Collaborate with creative professionals, exchange ideas, and incorporate feedback.
Monitor emerging visual styles, motion design techniques, internet culture, and social media trends.
Develop visual content for paid social campaigns.
Apply design principles and technical expertise to produce polished deliverables.
