Job Details

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated impact beyond a single team.
Experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native SaaS or multi-tenant platforms at scale, ideally on AWS.
Strong software fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience with agentic-AI software development practices.
Experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs, such as REST or GraphQL.
Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions across teams.
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for LLM agents.
Experience building or operating a multi-tenant gateway or API platform, including tenant isolation, credentials and secrets, quotas, and abuse protection.
Experience integrating with third-party or untrusted endpoints and containing failures.
Experience with authorization and scope propagation across multi-hop service boundaries.
Experience designing and operating persistent-connection or streaming architectures, including session management, recovery, and message correlation.
English high B2.

Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals aligned with business value and the product and platform vision.
Influence technical direction through architecture reviews, RFCs, design discussions, and collaboration across teams.
Build and operate the AWS AgentCore Gateway layer and its hosted capabilities, including MCP tool targets.
Develop the target registry and configuration model for customer-registered MCP servers, including tenant isolation, credential handling, allowlisting, and egress control.
Build inbound access for external agents and clients over MCP and adjacent protocols, including authentication, scope enforcement, and rate limiting.
Build and operate on-premise connectivity, including session lifecycle, request correlation, and recovery for long-lived sessions.
Implement session and scope propagation across agents, gateways, targets, and backends.
Design and evolve OpenAPI contracts and implement outbound authorization for gateway targets.
Improve production reliability through root-cause troubleshooting, tracing, SLOs, monitoring, and observability.
Use and evaluate AI-assisted development tools, establish safe team practices, and mentor developers in their use.
