  • Have experience concepting, prototyping, testing, and validating ideas with real users.
  • Conduct analyses independently and make and defend decisions with data, including when data is limited.
  • Have integrated AI into product workflows such as research synthesis, data analysis, drafting, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Have used AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or Figma Make to create working prototypes; shipped fixes or experiments are preferred.
  • Have a considered point of view on AI as a product capability, including appropriate problems, core-flow use, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Be technically fluent in software architecture, security, data modeling, and integrations.
  • Have led product execution practices including sprint planning, standups, refinement, retrospectives, resource allocation, and roadmap execution.
  • Have partnered with GTM, sales, customer success, and marketing counterparts to advance commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GC Events product end-to-end, including strategy, discovery, execution, shipping quality and velocity, launch readiness, adoption, operations, and third-party vendors and integrations.
  • Co-own the GC Events commercial key result with the GTM Lead and drive product work that moves commercial outcomes.
  • Build deep knowledge of GC Events and Partner needs through direct user conversations and in-person event observation.
  • Develop and continuously refine the GC Events roadmap with input from Partners and customer-facing teams.
  • Determine how AI should be used in product development and in registration, ticketing, and auction experiences.
  • Use AI-powered tools to synthesize research, analyze data, draft specifications, prototype flows, and run experiments.
  • Build and ship small fixes, experiments, and companion apps when appropriate, including opening pull requests.
  • Lead and improve sprint planning, standups, refinement, retrospectives, resource allocation, and roadmap execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partner Operations, Partner Success, Marketing, Business Development, and Business Operations.
