Requirements
- Have a PhD or master's degree, preferably in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Bring 9+ years of machine learning engineering experience.
- Have ownership responsibility over large-scale software systems.
- Have a background in designing and developing AI and machine learning systems and services.
- Have a strong interest in building efficient, scalable ML-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Envision and champion the development of novel ML systems.
- Support development of product integrations and performance optimizations to solve real-world problems.
- Work with product, design, and engineering counterparts to design and build AI solutions for Airbnb customer-service products.
- Learn and share the latest AI/ML technologies with the team.
