Requirements
- Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare, and/or business.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
- Have at least 1 year of project management experience specifically as a clinical project manager.
- Bring strong expertise in operational complexities associated with oncology programs, including specialized vendors, timelines, safety considerations, and global study execution.
- Have expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, administrative excellence, and analytical skills.
- Have experience managing all phases of full-service clinical trial delivery: start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Select, manage, and oversee vendors to optimize performance.
- Address risks, scope changes, and resource allocation proactively while controlling budgets.
- Lead key meetings and keep the Trial Master File and study records complete and inspection-ready.
