Requirements
- Bring 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of QA fundamentals and practices.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium.
- Use TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python for web application testing.
- Use Appium with Java or Python for mobile iOS and Android testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Support parallel test execution, test reporting, and environment management.
- Build a test automation framework from scratch.
- Present technical and business value to client stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor colleagues through collaboration and structured code reviews.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience; intensive programs may also be relevant.
Responsibilities
- Perform automated testing and API testing for complex applications and scenarios.
- Locate and document edge cases, assess risks, and propose modifications to acceptance criteria.
- Document plans for anticipated risks and blockers, and advance best practices.
- Prioritize testing efforts and guide successful delivery of sprint commitments.
- Present testing plans, metrics, and insights during sprint review meetings.
- Propose solutions and improvements to clients.
- Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates.
- Mentor peers and more junior team members.
