Job Details

Have at least 4–6 years of performance marketing experience.
Provide documented case studies showing direct impact on CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
Demonstrate hands-on experience setting up and configuring GoHighLevel accounts.
Have experience with multi-location CRMs, landing page funnels, automated SMS and email workflows, and custom pipeline attribution.
Have direct, non-agency experience setting up, optimising, and scaling Google Search and Display campaigns.
Have direct, non-agency experience setting up, optimising, and scaling Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid campaigns.
Have practical experience administering Shopify storefronts, product catalogs, collections, promotional discount engines, and third-party apps.

Develop and implement marketing strategies, calendars, campaigns, budgets, and performance targets.
Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor campaign budgets, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on marketing spend.
Manage GoHighLevel CRM records, segmentation, sales pipelines, lead assignment, funnels, landing pages, and booking processes.
Set up and maintain automated email and SMS campaigns, customer follow-ups, reminders, and reactivation workflows.
Manage Shopify products, collections, pricing, content, promotions, apps, and integrations.
Manage website content, SEO, local search visibility, Google Business Profiles, social media, and email marketing.
Coordinate national campaigns and provide marketing materials and guidance to Licensees.
Track and report group marketing performance and recommend ways to improve leads, conversion, retention, and efficiency.
