Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
5+ years of digital marketing experience.
A strong SEO/AIO track record.
Experience in email marketing.
A solid grasp of website metrics, web analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Proficiency using AI tools to develop marketing assets, including copy, blog content, images, and video.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation.
Strong writing skills and clear communication, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.

Lead SEO and AI Optimisation across subsidiaries and markets, covering traditional search and AI-era search.
Stay current with AI search tools, voice search, and mobile-first indexing.
Run technical audits and address site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, and analytics integration.
Oversee website management and redesign with the marketing team.
Drive content strategy and optimisation, including keyword research, on-page improvements, AI-assisted blogging, and quality visuals.
Implement and integrate CRM systems to capture, track, and nurture leads and automate follow-ups.
Track organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI using analytics, search, SEO, and CRM tools.
Give data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Collaborate with marketing, development, and sales teams on digital best practice, campaigns, and events.
