- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), deal sourcing, or business research is an advantage but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Research potential businesses, target companies, and acquisition opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and organize potential leads and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation, prospect research, and outreach activities.
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline research, improve workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement practical workflow improvements.
- Organize and maintain accurate research records, lead databases, and deal sourcing information.
- Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, email correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, research briefs, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep tasks and priorities on schedule.
- Coordinate information, manage documentation, and support day-to-day business operations.
