Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline.
- Hold an active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C.
- Have experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Have strong technology skills and the ability to learn Zoom, Google Workspace, EHR platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrate a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Manage a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week.
- Work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM; weekend availability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments.
- Develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
- Provide family education and care coordination.
- Build therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.
