Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate.
- Reside in Oregon if applying as an LPC Associate.
- If residing outside Oregon, hold an active, unrestricted license in the state of residence.
- Have experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
- Use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
- Be comfortable with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
- Work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
- Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges; work with members with substance use disorders at times.
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations.
