Requirements
- Hold an active and verifiable Ohio LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT license.
- Hold a license in your state of residence if it is not Ohio.
- Have credentials verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
- Have experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
- Use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and demonstrate clinical skills.
- Be comfortable with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
- Work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
- Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, and work with members with substance use disorders as needed.
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.
- Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations.
