Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of marketing support or social media experience.
- Be fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- Be familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics tools.
- Be proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Have a quiet home office.
- Have stable internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speeds, plus a backup connection.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva.
- Manage content calendars.
- Schedule social media posts.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and track results.
- Support ad strategy and report on performance.
