Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
6–8 years of relevant healthcare experience.
Hands-on patient analytics experience, including IQVIA or similar patient-, prescriber-, and account-level data.
Experience with sales and marketing analytics using subnational patient, physician, or payer data.
Experience supporting Source of Business, Compliance, Payer, Patient Journey, Promo Mix Modeling, Segmentation, and Targeting analytics.
Technical skills in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau, and/or Excel VBA.
Strong project management skills and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, including experience with large and complex data sets.
Knowledge of the US healthcare market and an interest in healthcare analytics.
Ability to follow SOPs, document project work, and adhere to processes.
Business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Design and execute analytics using IQVIA data sources.
Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client deliverables and business decisions.
Analyze secondary data and market research to identify insights and trends.
Synthesize complex data into actionable results and recommendations.
Create client presentations and participate in and present at client meetings.
Manage projects and work streams, developing project plans with timelines and deliverables.
Develop documentation and specifications, including business process documentation, SOPs, and client data scorecards.
Coach consultants across multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project and organizational goals.
