Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or 1-2 years of commensurate experience in the field or a related area.
- Bring 1-2 years of energy industry experience; this is preferred.
- Demonstrate analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Be able to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate corrections.
- Be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and resolve daily exceptions identified through reports, internal communications, and customer inquiries.
- Remediate customer issues accurately and promptly.
- Execute and adhere to key controls in accordance with risk compliance documentation.
- Identify enhancements and efficiencies to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of customer billing.
- Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.
