Requirements
- Have 2+ years in data research, lead generation, or data entry with quality control.
- Demonstrate strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including filters, XLOOKUP, de-duplication, and pivot tables.
- Have experience with skip tracing, batch data vendors, or OSINT people research.
- Have experience using Open Source intelligence and social media research to match people to previous data.
- Write clearly in English.
- Have reliable internet with a backup connection.
Responsibilities
- Pull state unclaimed property lists each month and send them to skip-trace and batch data partners.
- Clean, de-duplicate, and organize records into segments for each campaign.
- Use AI-assisted research to find publicly available Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
- Generate leads through social media investigations.
- Prepare files for mail, phone, and social outreach.
- Track lists processed, match rates, and leads generated in a monthly report.
