Job Details

Experience: Bachelor's degree required, plus 5 years of related experience. Industry experience should include three or more years in IT sales or consulting.

Have an educational or professional background in engineering, information systems, business administration, or a similar area.
Have overall knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including servers, storage, public cloud, networking, VOIP, and security solutions.
Be located within approximately 30 miles of a major airport.
Be able to travel regularly to customer sites.
Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Be willing to occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Prospect for new managed IT services customers to drive growth.
Engage prospective C-level clients to understand their IT needs, challenges, and business objectives and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with the broader sales team to maximize outreach and use existing client relationships to uncover opportunities.
Work with Solutions Architects, presales teams, and solutions engineers to create tailored technical responses and proposals.
Deliver presentations and proposals that explain service capabilities and address client needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports in CRM applications.
Build relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Travel to customer sites and occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
