Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency with Azure, especially in relation to Sitecore.
- Bring advanced monitoring and analytics expertise.
- Have scripting and automation skills, such as Bash or Python.
- Understand incident management protocols.
- Understand SLAs and metrics.
- Have capacity planning expertise.
- Apply security best practices.
- Have database knowledge, including MSSQL, cache, and replication.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Improve the reliability and performance of 400+ WSF websites.
- Monitor system health and performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop automation scripts for system management.
- Lead high-severity incident resolution and post-incident reviews.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet objectives and SLAs.
- Mentor the Cloud Ops team in SRE methodologies.
