Experience: 6+ years of non-internship, professional back-end development experience
Required Skills: PythonDjangoFlaskFastAPICI/CD

Have 6+ years of non-internship, professional back-end development experience.
Bring a deep understanding of web development and best practices.
Have experience with Python.
Have deep experience in one or more back-end frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Be skilled in REST API development, asynchronous task management, and database and data management best practices.
Have working knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools.
Have hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
Have production experience with LLM APIs, including prompt design and context management.
Know when, what, and how to test.

Develop, design, debug, and modify components of software applications and tools.
Write automated unit and integration tests to support continuous integration pipelines.
Participate in code reviews to assess code quality and flexibility.
Prototype solutions and collaborate with peers to craft and implement the technical vision.
Resolve problems and roadblocks with peers and drive issues to closure.
Contribute to continuous improvement within an agile development team.
Participate in user story creation with the team.
Use AI coding assistants to accelerate prototyping, code review, debugging, and documentation.
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered product features, including LLM API integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation.
