Requirements
- Experience in account management, client growth, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrate relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs.
- Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals.
- Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success.
