Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience using a modern systems programming language such as Golang, C++, or Rust.
- Have 3+ years of frontend development experience with TypeScript/React.
- Be proficient with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Be proficient in HTML and CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS.
- Have experience with REST APIs and WebSockets best practices.
- Have a proven track record of building user-facing features end-to-end.
- Bring strong frontend and backend expertise.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and appreciation for design aesthetics.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop full-stack software solutions.
- Build and maintain frontend applications and backend services for Internal Tools.
- Develop trading dashboards and backend systems for product features such as elite, high-yield cash, and paper accounts.
- Work with users and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to API design and product features.
- Own high-visibility features and projects from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on backend systems and infrastructure.
- Mentor peers and influence technical strategy.
