Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of industry professional software development experience.
- Have a track record of building impactful products or systems.
- Write logical, maintainable code and provide clear feedback in code reviews.
- Be able to understand the design and implementation of projects and ideas.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems.
- Be available for occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage while on call.
- Preferred: experience working with data and associated infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience in Ruby and Go.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, efficient, and stable software for electric vehicles and related features.
- Develop foundational platforms and revamp core application experiences.
- Work on backend systems for location and asset data analysis and experimentation.
- Contribute to Lime’s internal messaging platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Operations teams.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and respond to incidents, outages, and critical alerts.
- Troubleshoot production issues, escalate incidents, and work with teammates to restore service.
- Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents.
