Job Details

Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces.
Experience with AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products where the system takes meaningful autonomous action is preferred.
Strong interaction design and visual design craft.
A track record of shipping work that measurably improves the product experience.
Ability to turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear direction.
Systems thinking about how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape user experience.
Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central.
A track record of tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces, from early-stage bets through execution.
Ability to use user and customer feedback to address real needs, including enterprise requirements for quality, compliance, and scale.
Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.

Own major AI-native bets end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
Set a design vision for the Sessions surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define design principles, quality standards, and success metrics.
Prototype and test interaction models, including novel agentic and conversational patterns.
Raise the bar on interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.
Design conversational avatar experiences for employees learning and practising workplace skills.
Create interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that balance user control, transparency, trust, and complexity.
Improve AI output quality through structure, guidance, and feedback loops.
Use feedback from users and customers to ensure the product meets real needs, including enterprise needs around quality, compliance, and scale.
