Requirements
- Bring at least 5 years of end-to-end consumer product design experience.
- Have a strong track record designing and launching mobile-first products at scale.
- Provide a portfolio showcasing polished interfaces and design work across real consumer-facing products.
- Demonstrate strong visual design skills and strategic product thinking tied to user needs and business outcomes.
- Have advanced proficiency in Figma, including interface design, component systems, interactive prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
- Bring strong prototyping capabilities using design tools; code-based approaches are ideal.
- Demonstrate independent ownership of product areas and the full design lifecycle, delivering with limited supervision.
- Have practical daily experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, content generation, or creative exploration, and be able to explain the tools and workflows used.
- Understand mobile-first design principles, user journeys, interaction patterns, and large-scale consumer applications.
- Communicate effectively asynchronously and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Be comfortable working with adult-content product experiences.
- Be comfortable starting on a B2B or contractor basis, with a potential future transition to full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across conversational interfaces, character creation, monetization journeys, and user acquisition and retention flows.
- Design experiences for live interactions, interactive features, and AI-generated video.
- Translate product strategy and business objectives into design solutions with the Design Lead, Product Managers, and founders.
- Drive design initiatives across multiple product areas from discovery and concept development through execution and delivery.
- Create polished user interfaces, interaction patterns, and prototypes that meet usability and visual quality standards.
- Design mobile-first experiences for large-scale consumer audiences, with attention to consistency, accessibility, and user journeys.
- Explore interaction models for AI-powered products as product capabilities and user expectations evolve.
- Use AI-powered design tools, prototyping solutions, and content-generation workflows to support exploration and creative work.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate concepts, refine user experiences, and deliver product improvements.
