Job Details

Bring a strong background in product design, including complex digital products and high-quality visual and interaction design.
Work across product strategy and hands-on design and delivery.
Build and ship user interfaces using a modern front-end technology stack.
Create cohesive visual experiences across product and brand, including interaction, motion, and design systems.
Understand developer tools, enterprise software, or platform products and the needs of technical audiences.
Use generative AI and agentic tools with sound judgment.
Use research, data, and customer insights to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
Communicate ideas clearly and influence product decisions through design work and storytelling.
Support others' growth and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Lead complex design challenges from early exploration through production, creating flows, interfaces, interactions, and motion for developer tools.
Shape the visual language of Spotify Technology across product experiences and brand touchpoints.
Transform tools built for Spotify's engineering teams into commercial products for developers and enterprise customers.
Build and ship front-end experiences with attention to performance, accessibility, and detail.
Set experience strategy for the product area and partner with product and engineering leaders on priorities and roadmaps.
Use prototypes, storytelling, and experimentation to make complex ideas tangible and help teams navigate trade-offs.
Explore generative AI and agentic tools for design and development workflows and product experiences.
Champion design systems, inclusive experiences, and design craft across the team.
