Job Details

Have owned acquisition or conversion work in-house and at pace.
Be able to explain an experiment, its hypothesis, and the result it moved.
Bring strong visual UI craft and a portfolio demonstrating a high visual standard.
Frame clear problem statements and propose tests with a reasoned design.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and CRM.
Have experience working on consumer products.
Marketplace or subscription experience is preferred.
Understand how digital trust is built and what drives conversion.

Own the acquisition journey from homepage to first payment across web and mobile.
Design landing pages, registration and onboarding flows, and lifecycle nudges.
Co-own the experimentation roadmap with the CRO Manager.
Frame hypotheses, define success metrics, and ship rapid tests.
Use Amplitude to explore quantitative and qualitative signals and turn insights into testable ideas.
Translate insights into design and move quickly toward shipped product.
Raise the visual quality of the product surfaces in the acquisition journey.
Partner with product, engineering, data, CRM, and commercial teams to shape decisions.
