Requirements
- Bring proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
- Have hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Have experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Have strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English at C1+ level.
- Have experience in the Pharmaceutical/BioPharma sector, particularly in R&D environments.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions.
- Partner with Product Owners and development teams to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria in Scrum/Kanban setups.
- Map end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Facilitate alignment between business teams and technical delivery squads through clear, transparent communication.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.
