Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or Business-System Analyst.
- Have at least 2 years of experience delivering projects for the financial sector in Poland.
- Have strong practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager.
- Know methods for eliciting, structuring, and modeling requirements.
- Have experience structuring requirements based on information gathered from stakeholders.
- Have strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Be able to design and document business processes using BPMN, UML, and SQL.
- Know software development processes and methodologies.
- Have a higher education degree.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Model business processes and prepare analytical documentation using BPMN, UML, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager.
- Create and maintain requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing solutions and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
- Support business testing and verify that delivered solutions meet requirements.
- Prepare presentations, lead workshops, and present recommendations to project stakeholders.
