Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business-System Analyst.
- Have experience working on projects for web platforms and mobile applications.
- Know REST APIs and JSON, and have experience with tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Have very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Be able to work with mockups and prototypes in Figma.
- Have experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Be able to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and IT teams.
- Have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Be able to use AI tools in day-to-day analytical work.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Model business processes using BPMN.
- Create analytical documentation and functional specifications.
- Model solutions in UML, including sequence, activity, component, and use-case diagrams.
- Analyze and document REST API integrations and data flows between systems.
- Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and business teams throughout project delivery.
- Participate in refinement sessions and workshops and clarify requirements.
- Maintain consistency between web and mobile platform solutions.
- Keep project documentation current and clear in Jira and Confluence.
