Have extensive experience in a senior, product-focused role such as Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner.
Have experience cooperating directly with a client’s organization and development teams.
Have hands-on experience with requirements exploration and validation techniques.
Have experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from complex data and systems.
Have strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills, including creating high-quality User Stories.
Bring a consulting mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive solution discovery.
Have English proficiency for seamless cooperation with native speakers; English and Polish are listed at C1.
Be willing to visit offices and take occasional business trips.
Agile delivery experience, especially Scrum, and PSPO certification or equivalent are nice to have.
Experience on large-scale corporate projects is nice to have.
Professional experience using AI/LLM-powered tools is nice to have.

Represent the client’s Product Owner within the delivery Scrum team and align business objectives with technical delivery.
Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in line with project goals and the MVP.
Facilitate refinement sessions and guide the development team during sprints to clarify scope and priorities.
Gather, validate, and refine business needs using requirements exploration techniques.
Drive continuous discovery to identify, shape, and plan future iterations.
Use AI/LLM-powered tools to analyze legacy systems and support decision-making.
Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and client-side stakeholders to address blockers, dependencies, and risks.
Prepare business and technical requirements, process flows, and User Stories.
Advise the client by identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and recommending solutions.
Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales activities, new opportunities, and service offerings.
