Requirements
- Have strong knowledge of blockchain technology, exchange environments, and financial markets.
- Bring documented experience in Requirements Engineering/Requirements Management or a related Business Analyst role in fintech or blockchain.
- Know trading platforms, digital assets, and financial-market regulations.
- Have Product Ownership experience.
- Be proficient in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methods.
- Have practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Have practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hold a higher-education degree in business informatics, management, computer science, or a related field.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of DLT technologies and their applications is welcome.
- Knowledge of German is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate stakeholders across product management, technology, and compliance.
- Align business objectives with regulatory requirements and implementation expectations.
- Create structured requirements specifications and support solution feasibility assessments with architects.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of a configurable financial SaaS platform operating on a B2B2C sales model.
