Experience: Min. 5-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Analityka Biznesowego / Eksperta Biznesowego w projektach o silnym profilu IT.

Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Expert in IT-focused projects.
Bring experience in data analysis and data management.
Have experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and working with software architects.
Know modern architectures, particularly microservices.
Have practical knowledge of Agile.
Have testing experience, including writing Gherkin scenarios or scripts and testing REST APIs.
Have experience with tools such as Bruno or REST Assured for REST API testing.
Have very good spoken and written German and English.
Have practical experience using AI/GenAI in business analysis or software engineering, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot.
Knowledge of Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Data Quality Management (DQM) is welcome.

Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications with IT teams and architects.
Define and document processes, subprocesses, use cases, and user stories, and manage them on an ongoing basis.
Support testing by preparing Gherkin scenarios, testing REST APIs, managing test cases, and analyzing and handling defects.
Collaborate with project teams using Agile, participate in reviews of work products, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI/GenAI for business process optimization, requirements analysis, and software development and testing.
